Kelvin Odartey is an 18-year-old Junior High School Candidate who resides at Tabora in the greater Accra region.

Kelvin built his own car, Lamborghini to be precised, and drove it off to write his Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

He caught the attention of all as he opened his Lamborghini doors, sat beautifully in his manufactured car, drove all around.
It was very surprising but interesting to see an 18 year old Junior High School candidate with such amazing talent.
In an interview on Utv, he disclosed that, he had started building lot of small cars in his early stage because it had always interest him to build cars whenever he sees it on television.

He has been able to raised funds from his own colleagues to build such an amazing Lamborghini car.
Also, he has been teaching his colleagues on how to build cars on their own.
Odartey seeks to get help from the general public in order to help him do more of his works and expand to help others.
