Kevin Hart is reportedly doing ‘just fine’ in hospital after suffering a ‘major back injury’ in a car crash in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The 40-year-old’s wife, Eniko Parrish, told TMZ that he is expected to make a full recovery from the collision, which occurred after his vintage Plymouth Barracuda – in which he was a passenger at the time – careered off the road and smashed through a wooden fence.
Speaking to reporters outside the hospital where he is being treated she said: ‘He’s gonna be just fine. He’s good, everybody’s good. Thank God.’ She added that Kevin was awake and not quite cracking jokes yet but in ‘good spirits’.
Who is Kevin Hart’s wife Eniko Parrish? Eniko is Kevin’s second wife, following his marriage to actress and producer Torrei Hart, whom he was married to from 2003-2011.
The 35-year-old model was born on 18 August 1984 and is from Baltimore, and is said to have met Kevin in 2009 while he was still married to Torrei.
He popped the question in 2014 on Eniko’s 30th birthday – and revealed on his Instagram account that she had ‘said yes’. Eniko also took to social media to announce the happy news of their engagement, saying: ‘To the most amazing man in the world…thirty has been GREAT to me thus far, I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Kevin is also dad to Heaven, 14, and 11-year-old Hendrix from his first marriage.
Kevin was a passenger in the car – a 40th birthday present to himself – when it came off the road on Malibu’s Mulholland Highway and crashed into a nearby fence.
Police told the TMZ website that the car belonged to Kevin but he was not driving at the time. There were two other people in the vehicle with him – Jared Black, who was behind the wheel, and another passenger, Rebecca Broxterman.
The Jumanji star reportedly got out of the car after the collision and was taken to his home nearby for medical attention, but was later taken to hospital for treatment.
Some reports claimed that the fire department had to saw the roof off the car to free Broxterman and Black – who along with Kevin was said to have suffered back injuries
